Companies with 5-50 employees are ideal, although sometimes up to 200 or a business starting from 0 employees but planning to scale quickly are also a fit. Most of the time, our clients don't have a dedicated HR team member, or perhaps in a mid-size company they are an HR department of 1 or 2 and need help with recruitment.
