They also offer flexible services and toolkits for small and mid-sized businesses to streamline hiring, optimize HR processes, and build cohesive teams efficiently.

Prerequisites or Exclusions

Primarily designed for small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations, particularly those with fewer than 200 employees.

Companies with 5-50 employees are ideal, although sometimes up to 200 or a business starting from 0 employees but planning to scale quickly are also a fit. Most of the time, our clients don't have a dedicated HR team member, or perhaps in a mid-size company they are an HR department of 1 or 2 and need help with recruitment.
