Programs & Services
Tech Parks Arizona includes three major branches:
The Tech Park at Rita Road: A 1,345 acres campus with 2 million square feet of space for high-tech offices, R&D, and laboratory facilities. They house both University of Arizona companies as well as global tech companies (such as IBM). Their amenities include both dry lab and wet lab facilities as well as recreational, health and wellness, and cafes.
UA Center for Innovation: A startup incubator network with outposts across the Southern Arizona region. UACI provides access education, mentoring, service providers, industry cluster groups, interns, connections to potential customers and strategic partners, and access to physical spaces (ex. offices, wet and dry labs, meeting rooms, a prototyping center, collaboration areas)
The Bridges (coming soon): The Bridges, which has recently broken ground, will be an urban tech park that will include technology companies, recreational facilities, and high-quality retail and residential development.
