Programs For Entrepreneurs Include:
SCALE UP (Sustainable Communities Accessing Lending and Expertise Upon Performance) program is an exciting new opportunity, emphasizing local energy, water, and transportation conservation; training businesses to apply concepts and practices of benchmarking, evaluation, and implementation of upgrades for their business facilities coupled with financial incentives.
Fuerza Local Business Accelerator - This program, an initiative of the Local First Arizona Foundation, trains underserved Hispanic entrepreneurs on the basics of running a successful business, in turn promoting self-reliance and building prosperity in their communities.
Local First Roadshow: The Local First Roadshow is a regular mini-festival, featuring local products, beverages, and music. These pop-up events takes place at different locations each time and connect local makers with the community.
