Offerings
Programs & Services
The Women’s Business Center of Southern Arizona (WBC) focuses on economic development by providing business training, 1-on-1 coaching, and technical assistance designed to accommodate the varied needs of aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small businesses in Southern Arizona. To begin any program services with WBA, you must attend an orientation course held once a month.
Build Acamdemy: BUILD Academy is for small businesses who have been operating for more than two years seeking to grow. The program takes small businesses through a deep dive into key parts of their business such as accounting, human resources, marketing, and more with subject matter experts. Cohorts are available in English and Spanish.
IncubatHer: IncubateHer takes participants through a 5 week course designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs. Learn about all that is available in resources and training including scheduling a 1-1 with a team member!
Prerequisites or Exclusions
Attending an Orientation Session is required for all new WBC clients who want access to personalized, one-on-one counseling.
Getting Connected
The best way to get connected with a business coach is to attend an orientation session. If interested in volunteering, please reach out to Gabriela Rosales (grosales@ywcatucson.org) for more information about upcoming volunteer opportunities to support the work of the WBC.
